Misprint dollar bills.
It is a 1976 $2 bill (not in the greatest condition, unfortunately) but the cut seems quite off center to me and so does the green seal over the word “two” on the front. During the printing process the bottom right corner of the bill was folded behind the bill, thus preventing it from getting inked. It also missed the appropriate cut. Foldover misprints have the possibility to create some really unique errors.
