There has been a number of guys on here that have said there isn't a noticeable difference between Gen 4 & Gen 5 in the trail models. I think the Gen 5 in the Summit and Freeride is where there has been significant improvements. I have seen a lot of good reviews of the Gen 5 in the Deep Snow. The Turbo 130 has a bit more of a rumble at idle compared to the 900 N/A but once up to speed, say 15-20 mph, most all of the engine sound disappears and most of what I can hear is the track, even though I have a Silent Drive II. The Turbo 130 is fast. Fast enough for me and certainly faster than the 900 N/A.Connects the ski to both the suspension and the steering sytems.
