Feb 27, 2022 · I have a 2015 kw t680 paccar mx 13. I have SCR system issues, Engine stop, max derate. and can't do forced regen. I tried to clear codes but will come back when turning off the truck and try to start it again. I replaced the dosser valve and outlet nox sensor and the codes did not go away. It is a new addition to the fleet. This engine has had the DEF system deleted and the engine has been tuned with a 10% boost in HP. Before this was done, the head, head bolts and gasket were all replaced.
