This one doesn't unlock until lvl 71, by that time, many of your lvl 70 quests in Borean Tundra are going green and you're being pushed to higher areas. Exalted with Kalu'ak also gets you the non-combat penguin pet, Pengu, which you can buy from both Quartermasters.
